How to tell us something on Bracketfield infringes your copyright, and how to answer if yours was removed by mistake.

Ownership

Bracketfield, its name, its interface and its code are © Jones Web Design. Schedules, team names, scores and logos that directors upload belong to them.

Sanctioning body names

Names such as USSSA, USA Softball, Perfect Game, Triple Crown, NSA and Little League are the trademarks of their respective organisations. They appear here only to identify whose published rules a director is choosing to follow. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or implied.

Reporting an infringement

If material on Bracketfield infringes your copyright, send a notice through support including all of the following, as the DMCA requires:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • What work you say has been infringed.
  • The URL of the material, precisely enough for us to find it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

We will remove or disable the material and tell whoever posted it.

If your material was removed

Send a counter-notice through support with your signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact details together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
