Support
Bracketfield is run by one person. You will get a real reply, and usually a quick one — but not at 2am on a Saturday, so anything urgent during an event is worth reading below first.
Send us a message
Include your tournament code if you have one — it is the fastest way for us to see what you are seeing.
During an event
A score is wrong. Anyone with the field slip can correct it, and a director can correct and confirm it from Games. The change reaches families immediately.
An umpire cannot post scores. Their slip may have been rotated. Reprint from Umpire slips — the old link stops working the moment a new one is issued.
Families say they got no notification. Only people who followed a team are notified, and only if they allowed notifications. Posting an announcement reaches everyone following the tournament.
The site is down. Run the event from your printed schedule and post the scores afterwards. Nothing you entered is lost.
Deleting your account
Sign in, open your account, and delete it there. It works the same in the app and on the web.
Deleting your account removes your login, your organisation, and every tournament, team, schedule and score under it. Families following those events lose them. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
If you follow teams as a parent, you have no account to delete — unfollow a team to remove that record, or delete the app to remove the notification token.
A child's safety, or a security problem
Email support@bracketfield.app with “URGENT” in the subject. Safety reports are acted on before anything else, and we would always rather hear about a vulnerability from you than find it the hard way.
